Churros recipe & video

1 c. water

2 1/2 T. white sugar

1/2 t. salt

2 T. oil

1 c. flour

2 qt to fry the churros (enough to fill your pan about 4 inches)

1/2 c. sugar

1 t. cinnamon

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, 2 1/2 T. sugar, salt and 2 T. oil. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball. Heat oil for frying until 375 degrees. Pipe strips of dough into hot oil using a pastry bag. Fry until golden; drain on a paper towel. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Serve with melted chocolate, nutella, marshmallow cream, etc. Enjoy!
